Push and Pull Motivation

Here is a powerful concept that I learned from Tony Robbins and I use in my own personal life. There are two forms of motivation:

  1. PUSH MOTIVATION: Willpower is the first and foremost thing to push forward to achieve your goals. This is the best type of motivation.
  2. PULL MOTIVATION:  Is much more powerful than push motivation.  Everyone has experienced pull motivation in different situations in our life. Pull motivation means to ‘stay up late and get up early and never seem to need to “talk ourselves into working”’.

SO WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO: If you want pull motivation you need reasons. If you want something, it must be compelling.
